2012 — A Year of Travelling
In early July we spent a week in a Cornish castle
Later in July we went for an early morning ride and stopped off for breakfast at Lockside in Bristol
The weather cooperated on the following weekend too, so we went for another breakfast run, stopping off at a local coffee shop at the end of the ride
In mid-August the Bristol Bike Show traditionally takes over the streets near St Nicholas Market for the day — this picture was taken not long before it started to rain (which was pretty much the story of the summer!)
“Triumph Live” was held in late August/early September, and both of us very much enjoyed the opportunity to take the Triumph factory tour
This modified Rocket III caught our eyes
The modifications were more than cosmetic!

Andy has always rather liked, and perhaps been a bit tempted by, the Thruxton, so he took the opportunity to try one for size
